| Business Analyst - 35-40K - Midlands - Our client a leading national organisation is looking to recruit a Business Analyst with extensive Business and IT Change experience. The primary responsibilities for the role are to adapt, develop and use business analysis techniques to implement and support complex change and continuous improvement and supporting both new and existing business systems. As the ideal candidate you will have a proven experience of delivering business and IT Change and be Prince2 certified. You will required to work closely with the business and the groups Shared Services to develop and manage the implementation of change either individual or within a team as part of a programme. Additionally you will have an excellent understanding of a variety of IT systems and the ability to explain complex processes and procedures in a simple and straight forward manner.
