Qualifications & Experience
* CIPD qualification
* Significant experience within strategic HR Business Partner roles within progressive, blue chip commercial businesses
* Experienced in resource, people and succession planning
* Strengths in coaching and leadership development
* High degree of competence in change and project management
* Strong relationship building skills
