Womens health and fitness

Being into womens fitness has been a great way I have been able to surround myself with like minded individuals that live clean healthy lifestyles. Exercising has been a part of my daily routine for the last 12 years and I can honestly say it has done wonders for my mind and body. The days I am unable to exercise I feel sluggish and tired all day long. Typically I do not have many of these days a month and I make it a point I fit some type of exercise routine into my schedule five days a week. I fit these five days if not six days a week into my week how ever I can. If its 5 days in a row or its 3 days in a row day off then 2 days I make sure I am able to break a sweat and give my body the time it needs to stay strong. Mentally and spiritually I feel that because of my persistence, I have been relatively healthy.
