(AP) ? Alabama's leading receiver, Marquis Maze, and linebacker C.J. Mosley sustained apparent left leg injuries in the BCS title game.

Maze pulled up at the end of a 49-yard punt return in the first quarter, going out of bounds. Maze came into the game with 56 catches for 627 yards, both about double anybody else on the team.

Mosley intercepted a pass by Jordan Jefferson in the third quarter, then twisted his left leg as he was tackled by the LSU quarterback. Play was stopped as Mosley was helped onto a golf cart. He waved as he was taken off the field.
